Services

- I’ll engage prospective customers in Moscow and the region as much as possible.

- I’ll render marketing services and give a true information about goods’ availability and value.

- I’ll represent Your business interests by proxy, carry on negotiations, conclude a treaty (it is also possible on behalf of You and on Your terms).

- I’ll efficiently represent You at fairs, in the markets. I’ll make an e-shop for You by request.

- If You wish You also can work with organizations (customers) in the presence of a bank guarantee, an irrevocable letter of credit, with the deferred payment up to 90 calendar days. I form an order, check the movement of goods, trade rests.

- Advertising barter.

What do I need from You:

a) A complete set of necessary documents of the goods, supply agreement, draft contract between ourselves

b) From 5 to 15 days to study the market and to take a final decision on the partnership and cooperation.

c) Deserved interest money if I work by proxy on behalf of You and at Your prices.

Prices

Tariff plan – “Your personal representative” – 2000 USD per month + 5% of sales – a visit up to 5 exhibitions a month, a website of Your company with catalogue and complete information, active promotion of Your products, negotiations – up to 15 key clients. “Virtual office”.

Tariff plans: “500 USD”

a) 500 USD + 7% of sales – once in a half a year: Visit one of the exhibitions, negotiations with a one potential distributor (customer), Your brief contact information and the main activities on our website (1 page). Update every 6 months.

b) 500 USD + 7% of sales – every 3 months: Visit one of the exhibitions, negotiations with a one potential distributor (customer), Your brief contact information and the main activities on our website (up to 5 pages). Update every 3 months.

c) 500 USD + 7% of sales – once a month: Visit one of the exhibitions, negotiations with a one potential distributor (customer), Your brief contact information and the main activities on our website (up to 10 pages). Update once a month.

I propose the following scheme – I get 7% of Your products’ sales by each engaged distributor.

Also, I can work on 10 percent commission basis only.
